1930s Japan Putz House Composition Made in Japan, Vintage Christmas Decorations, Light Up House, Putz Display 1930s

Charming early Japan putz house, a stone cottage with dormers! Circa 1930s.

This is a wonderful little putz village building consisting of nicely molded composition which has been hand painted. It features a bright blue tiled roof. The walls are molded and painted to resemble stone. There are dark gold frames surrounding the windows and doors with shutters on the ends. Two dormers on top of the roof is a really nice touch. There is a hole in the back for placing mini tree lights.

It measures 4 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall and is 2.75 deep. The bottom has an embossed Made in Japan mark. It is in very good antique condition, somewhat amazing for its age and fragile nature. The house is sturdy and is free of chips or cracks. The red cellophane in the windows and doors is mostly intact, amazing after all of these years!

What a fabulous antique Japan putz house to brighten your vintage Christmas decor. We have a nice collection of vintage putz decor, including more old putz houses!

Great gifts for the collector!
