1930s Two Sided Indent Christmas Ornament, Embossed Red Celestial Blown Glass Ornament

Striking two sided, multi indent glass Christmas ornament featuring a celestial design with glitter accents, circa 1930s Germany.

This deeply embossed blown glass ornament is so beautiful with a complex, highly detailed series of radial patterns. Eight round indented stars frame a larger and deeper center indent. Each indent has a spray of silver glitter in the center which has aged over time. The background has a bumpy texture and it has a long pontil at the bottom.

It measures 2.5 inches tall to the top of the unmarked Lausha style cap. It is in excellent antique condition free of chips or cracks, with a bit of minimum paint loss. This a stunning, hard to find ornament, so festive!
