1940s Corning Beaded Lantern Ornament Vintage USA Gold Glass Barrel Christmas Ornament

Wonderful vintage hard to find early Corning lantern ornament. American made, designed by Steuben Glass, 1940s.

It is a striking design, nicely molded with the classic vertical beaded sloping panels. The bottom is lobed and it is finished with hand painted floral accents on both sides. It retains its original smooth metal cap which reads “Made in USA” which helps to date this old ornament. It measures 3 inches tall and is in excellent vintage condition free of chips, cracks, or paint loss.

This is a fabulous early USA beaded lantern Christmas ornament, a great addition to any vintage ornament collection!
