Antique 1920s Large Embossed Red Rose German Figural Glass Flower Christmas Ornament

Sweet and delicate beautifully molded antique German figural glass Christmas ornament in a large size, circa 1920s.

This lovely extra large red rose flower ornament has so much fine detail with layered embossed panels that flow all around the form. It is finished with a small pontil at the bottom where the glass blower ended. Always nice to see these pontils as a blown glass ornament. It measures 3 inches tall to the top of the unmarked Lauscha style metal cap. It is in excellent antique condition free of chips or cracks. There is some minor paint loss here and there.

What a fabulous antique figural Christmas ornament. A must have for any antique German or figural Christmas ornament collection. A very thoughtful and unique gift.
