Unsilvered Premier Railroad Lantern Double Indent Christmas Ornament War Era USA 1940s

Excellent unsilvered war era Premier double indent railroad lantern Christmas ornament in fabulous condition. American made, circa early 1940s.

Premier Glass Works created American ornaments in the 1930s-1940s with fancy shapes. This classic lantern features a striking double reflector radial indent on both sides. It has two large blue bands at the top and bottom, with a red center band over an unsilvered body. Two thin yellow stripes frame the indent. The bottom is flat and the wide pike is tall.

It measures 3 inches tall to the top of the cap and is in excellent vintage condition free of chips or cracks with a bit of minor paint loss. The pike is intact and is topped with the classic smooth Premier metal cap. Wonderful!
