Vintage German Christmas Ornament Drum, Musical Mercury Glass Ornament, 1950s

Excellent musical instrument Christmas ornament in perfect condition, circa 1950s Germany.

It features nicely molded details with embossed edges and dot patterns. It has alternating panels of red and green lacquer framed on the top and bottom with sparkly white mica sugar. The bottom is slightly lobed with a bumpy texture. It measures 2.25 inches tall to the top of the unmarked cap and is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks.
