Excellent vintage German glass banana Christmas ornament, circa 1950s.

It is nicely shaped with vertical striations on the sides. The bright gold lacquer is very shiny and glows. It measures 4 inches tall to the top of the original unmarked Lauscha stlyle cap. It is in excellent antique condition free of chips or cracks, with minimal paint loss.

Makes a wonderful addition to any vintage ornament collection, nice to display in a bowl with other fruit ornaments too!
