Vintage Glass Ornament Large Father Christmas Figural Santa Christmas Ornament

A nicely molded tall vintage blown glass Father Christmas ornament, circa 1950s Czechoslovakia.

He is simply wonderful, featuring a hand painted silvered face and hands, carrying a large sack over his shoulder. He wears the classic long red coat which is trimmed with lovely white mica. The bottom is lobed, finished with the small pontil, indicator of a blown glass ornament. His pointed cap creates the long pike which is topped with an original marked Czechoslovakia metal cap.

It measures a large 5 inches tall to the top of the cap and is in excellent vintage condition free of chips, cracks, or paint loss. The mica is intact and sparkles beautifully!
