Vintage Icicle Christmas Ornaments in Box, Multi Color Stripe Glitter Teardrop Ornaments 1950s

Beautiful set of FIVE vintage Poland multi color teardrop icicle Christmas ornaments, complete in their original storage box with great retro graphics. Wonderful condition!

The bright colors swirl around the form reminiscent of a harlequin design. Bands of red, gold, royal blue, silver and magenta are framed with thick glitter which has aged to a soft gray color. They measure about 6 inches long to the top of the original metal cap which is stamped, “Poland”. All are in excellent vintage condition, the colors still bright and free of paint loss. One has a minor chip on the top. These vintage ornaments were individually hand blown which allowed for some uniqueness to each one.

These come with their original box and protective cushion. Fun holiday graphics appear on all sides of the box which is marked “Poland”. The cellophane window is intact. Often the window gets torn or goes missing over the years. The outside of the box is in excellent condition free of rips, tears, or stains. Wonderful!
