1920s Double Outdent Butterfly Glass Christmas Ornament Antique German Ornament

Very sweet harder to find early double outdent German glass butterfly ornament with nicely molded details! Circa 1920s.

The silvered body is embossed with two slightly different butterfly outdents, one a bit more detailed than the other. The wings are spread and they are complete with antennae and dot eyes! The background and sides are deeply lobed and the pike is topped with an original Lauscha style metal cap.

It measures 2.25 inches wide and is in excellent antique condition free of chips or cracks, the silvering still bright and strong.
