Vintage Bottle Brush Decorated Tree Mercury Glass Ornaments Snow Star, Japan Putz Tree 1950s

Gorgeous vintage snow flocked brush tree decorated with colorful glass ornaments and topped with a star! Circa 1950s to early 1960s, Japan.

It measures 7.5 inches tall to the top of the star with the branch tips sprayed with white snow flocking. Multi-color glass ornaments in two sizes decorate the tree all over, 1(/2” and 1/4”). It has a wire trunk and sits on a green wood base which unmarked but this was definitely made in Japan. It is in excellent condition, the tree fibers firm and intact, the decoration free of wear. Amazing!

This is a fabulous vintage Christmas decoration, simply stunning! Wonderful in a putz village scene or other holiday decor.
