1920s Antique Figural Glass Ornament Penguin German Blown Glass Christmas Ornament As-Is

Wonderful very early antique German figural glass penguin ornament, circa 1920s. As-Is with one flaw.

The body is bright gold lacquer over a silvered blown glass body. It features wonderful molding in its classic standing position with a long pink beak, wings, and feet. The back is bumpy and the front shows feather markings. The bottom is lobed.

It measures 3.25 inches tall and is in good antique condition, overall intact but with a broken pike. There is minimum paint or silvering loss. Our photos show all sides of this special ornament, including the flaw. The price reflects this accordingly.
