1920s Antique German Ornament Snowman Holding Broom, Figural Christmas Ornament

Wonderful early antique snowman figural glass ornament, circa 1920s.

The detailed snowman head is nicely molded with hand painted features. The arms wrap around the snowman holding his old fashioned magenta broom. He wears a pointed hat which makes up the long pike.

It measures 3 inches tall to the top of cap. He is in excellent condition free of chips or cracks, and retains the original unmarked metal cap with its Lauscha style flat hanging loop. There is some minor paint and silvering loss.
