1920s Large Glass Horn Ornament Germany Hand Painted Flowers Free Blown Ornament

Lovely antique German free blown glass trumpet horn ornament with hand painted flowers, circa 1920s.

It is bright gold with a pretty spray of white flowers and greenery that look like calla lillies. It measures 4.5 inches wide and is in excellent antique condition free of chips or cracks, with a bit of typical age related oxidation on the stem end. Our photos show multiple views of this early German ornament.

A great addition to any antique ornament collection, a thoughtful gift for the musician in your life!

SIDE NOTE: Free blown ornaments were made without a mold, blown by the artist and shaped with a paddle. This technique was very time consuming, thus, these ornaments are much more rare than the classic mold blown figurals.
