RESERVED 1930s Large Heidt Glass Christmas Ornament 4″ Flower Prewar USA Ornament RARE

Extremely rare large Heidt blown glass flower Christmas ornament in fabulous condition. American made, circa late 1930s by the German ornament maker Heidt!

This deeply embossed jumbo flower ornament is so beautiful with lovely layers of petals creating the large flower bud. It tapers down to a lobed point with a small pontil on the bottom, indicative of a mouth blown ornament. The pike is extra long, a signature Heidt feature. It is topped with the original metal sawtooth cap.

It is a very hard to find large size measuring 4 inches tall to the top of the cap and 2.75 inches wide. The pike is intact. It is in excellent vintage condition free of chips or cracks, a bit of minor paint loss. Our photos show all sides.

This is a rare early USA glass Christmas ornament, a great addition to any American ornament collection. A must have for the Heidt collector!
