1930s Mercury Glass Beaded Garland Faceted Beads 8′ Japan, Antique Glass Bead Tree Garland

Beautiful vintage mercury glass Christmas tree garland, 8′ long with unique faceted beads. Circa 1930s, early Japan.

These multi-faceted beads are harder to find. The large light green beads measure a half inch, interspersed with double quarter inch beads in silver, red, and darker green.

It is one long continuous strand, measuring 8′ long (96 inches) and is in very good antique condition. The colors are still crisp and bright with a bit of the usual age related paint loss and oxidation. There are a few broken beads which we have left as is, a part of its history and the fragile nature of the thin glass. A unique and rare garland for your vintage Christmas tree or holiday decorating this year!
