1940s Bottle Brush Tree Mercury Glass Ornaments, 5″ Vintage Japan Christmas Tree Putz Display

Wonderful earlier snow flocked bottle brush tree, decorated with colorful mercury glass beads! Circa 1940s, Japan.

It measures 5 inches tall with the branch tips generously sprayed with white snow flocking. Bright multi color glass bead ornaments in two sizes wrap around the form. It has a wire trunk and sits on a wood base. There are a few loose fibers but it is overall excellent, the glass beads free of paint loss or breakage.

This is a lovely vintage Christmas decoration, so nice with the genuine glass bead ornaments from this earlier period. Wonderful in a putz village scene or other holiday decoration!
