9 Antique Feather Tree Glass Christmas Ornaments in Box, German Hand Painted Glass Ornaments

Sweet early collection of small glass feather tree ornaments in original period patterned Christmas box! Circa 1920s to early 1930s.

The hard to find original box is printed on all sides with fun classic Christmas graphics, simply fabulous! Find Santa Claus with his sack of gifts, candles, a church with its steeple, horns and bells, holly and hearts. There are nine pretty round glass ornaments in various colors including some hand painted with floral sprays or stripes.

They measure 1.25 inches wide and all but one have their original unmarked Lauscha style metal cap. They are so simple yet lovely, showing some age related fading and paint loss which adds to their period charm. They come complete in their original lidded patterned box which is in mint condition free of tears or stains. Amazing after all of these years! It measures 4 7/8″ square and is 1 1/2″ deep. It still retains the original cardboard divider insert and paper padding.

This rare vintage patterned Christmas box ornament set will make a wonderful addition to any collection, perfect on a feather tree!
