Antique Beaded Christmas Ornament Czech 3D Hexagon Star Pink Silver Glass Beads

Lovely Czechoslovakian glass bead Christmas ornament, a delicate and complex pink and silver star with five styles of beads! Circa 1950s.

Different shaped glass beads form this intricate layered dimensional beaded star ornament. Two layers of long pink tube beads form the six pointed star shape. Small bumpy silver glass bead strands form another six pointed star in the center, one on each side. The two pink stars frame six large 1/2″ round glass beads, three smooth green and three silver which have a wonderful embossed swirl pattern. Each star end point features a small white bead and wire loop. It is finished with a long white tube bead with hanging loop. This beautiful ornament measures 3.5 inches wide and is in mint condition, so pretty and sparkly. Our photos show both sides of this two sided dimensional ornament.

Czech beads were often used in decorations and Christmas garlands. True artistry and craftsmanship was needed to design and assemble them. They are quite desirable today.
