Antique Christmas Ephemera Bookmark 1930s, Vintage Christmas Greeting Card, Bookmark Card

Very unique and hard to find antique Christmas bookmark greeting card, featuring classic red poinsettias and bright metallic silver ink accents!

Excellent early Christmas card of very fine quality on smooth ivory colored paper. The card layout features a staggered fold which flips to the left. It has a nice scalloped edge at the side and bottom. The inside features a beautiful bright Christmas star in silver, and a red ribbon threaded through a die cut slit. It is signed and dated 1936.

The front message reads:

Mark This!
You’re wished
A Merry Christmas
and joy all the year!

This bookmark greeting card doubles as a sweet little gift for someone special. It measures 2.5 inches by 6 inches when folded. The opened card is 5 x 6 and when fully opened flat (as shown in the last photo) it measures 12 x 5. It is in excellent condition, being over 80 years old. The ink colors are still crisp and bright, the silver ink quite shiny. The paper has aged to a lovely ivory color and is free of tears or stains, just one light minor crease which is barely noticeable.

What a wonderful antique Christmas greeting card bookmark. A great addition for your collection, or to use in your holiday decorating this year. These are quite hard to find!
