Antique Figural Glass Ornament Bear Carrying a Stick, German Blown Glass Christmas Ornament

Wonderful very early German figural glass ornament, a classic seated bear holding a stick, circa 1910s-1920s.

It is unsilvered with a pale brown lacquer coating. The stick was painted white and the ornament is finished with black dot eyes. It measures 2.25 inches tall to the top of the unmarked Lauscha style metal cap and is in excellent antique condition free of chips, cracks, with minimal paint loss. There is some usual oxidation at the top. Our photos show all sides of this darling ornament.
