Hansel Vintage German Figural Blown Glass Christmas Ornament Boy Ornament 1920s

Classic antique German figural glass ornament,”Hansel”, from the Grimm’s Fairy Tale Hansel and Gretel. Circa 1920s.

He features wonderful detailing and a flesh colored hand painted face. Curls of hair peek out from under his blue cap. He wears suspenders and a fanny pack behind, holding a box in his right hand. The feet are lobed.

He measures 3.75 inches tall to the top of the original Lauscha style metal cap and is in very good antique condition free of chips or cracks, the long pike intact. There is age related paint loss (priced accordingly). Our photos show all sides of this special ornament.

He’s a wonderful harder to find old German ornament, a must have for the figural ornament collector!
