Large 8″ Bottle Brush Decorated Flocked Tree with Glass Garland, Japan Putz Tree

Gorgeous brilliant large snow flocked bottle brush tree, decorated with colorful mercury glass bead garland wrapping all around the tree! Circa 1950s to early 1960s, Japan.

It measures 8 inches tall with the branch tips sprayed with white snow flocking. Bright multi color glass bead garland wraps around the form creating 11 colorful rows! The beads are double 1/4” beads. It has a wire trunk and sits on a white wood base which is marked Made in Japan. It is in excellent condition, the tree fibers firm and intact, the glass beads free of paint loss or breakage. Amazing!

This is a fabulous vintage Christmas decoration, simply stunning with the wrap around glass garland. Wonderful in a putz village scene or other holiday decor.
