RARE Large Antique German Glass Christmas Ornament 7.5” Fish with Spun Glass Tail, 1920s

Excellent German blown glass fish Christmas ornament in a rare very large size and with spun glass tail! Circa early 1920s.

The deeply embossed design features graduating sizes of fish scales and multiple fins. It is a light silvery-gold color with magenta gills and dark gold accents. The jumbo size measures a large 7.5 inches wide. The original spun glass tail is a hard to find feature and it is in great condition. It is finished with an annealed hanging loop attached to its back

It is in excellent condition free of chips or cracks, the spun glass still bright. What a fabulous addition to your figural Christmas ornament collection. Highly sought after, a thoughtful gift!
