Shiny Brite USA Glass Christmas Ornament, Tree Shape Ringed Mica UFO Ornament

Wonderful Shiny Brite glass ornament in the shape of a Christmas tree, harder to find and so lovely with the white mica! USA circa 1950s.

This is a wonderful rare Shiny Brite ringed tree or UFO tornado glass Christmas ornament featuring three graduating tiers of lobed glass with bright green and magenta pink stripes in between. Thick, large grain white mica circles the entire ornament except for the color bands and bottom lobed point which are silver. This large size mica is the early variety which helps to date this ornament. It measures 3 inches tall to the top of the original classic metal ribbed cap which reads “Shiny Brite Made in U.S.A.” It is in excellent vintage condition free of chips or cracks. There is a bit of minor mica loss and oxidation.

This classic old Shiny Brite glass ornament is a spectacular vintage Christmas ornament, a great addition to any collection!
