Tomte Swedish Wood Santa Holding Tree Ljungstroms Handmade Christmas Decor 1960s

Wonderful classic vintage wood Swedish Tomte Santa Gnome Holding a Christmas Tree, handmade by Ljungstroms circa 1960s.

This Scandinavian Tomte figure is so adorable, his face featuring big expressive eyes peering out from eyeglasses. He has a large round red nose and his face is framedwith  his big bushy beard. He wears a classic red knitted suit and holds the snow flocked wood tree across the front. He is attached to a wood base. He measures 6.5 inches tall and is in excellent vintage condition free of wear, stains, or odors.

He will make a nice addition to any antique Santa ornament collection, a thoughtful gift for the Sweden Scandinavian Christmas collector!
