Vintage Bottle Brush Wreath Mercury Glass Beads, 2.5″ Japan Christmas Brush Tree Ornament 1940s

Wonderful early snow flocked bottle brush wreath ornament, with 21 glass bead decorations! Circa 1930s-40s, Japan.

It measures 2.5 inches wide with the branch tips generously sprayed with white snow flocking. A multi color assortment of 1/4″ mercury glass ornaments are scattered around the form. It is finished with a red satin bow and one more bead. A ribbon hanging loop is attached at the top for use as an ornament if desired. There are a few faded fibers but it is overall excellent, the glass beads free of paint loss or breakage. Amazing condition especially for its age!

This is a lovely vintage Christmas decoration, so nice with the genuine glass bead ornaments from this earlier period. Wonderful in a putz village scene or as an ornament on the tree.
