Vintage Corning Glass Christmas Ornament Red Pine Cone US of A Cap Early 1940s

Very nice prewar Corning glass pine cone Christmas ornament, circa early 1940s.

It is simply wonderful, painted a bright red lacquer over deeply molded pine ribs. It measures 3 inches tall to the top of the original US of A cap and is in excellent vintage condition free of chips or cracks with minimum paint loss. The cap helps to date this to the prewar era.

This is a fabulous very early Corning Glass Christmas ornament, a great addition to any USA ornament collection!
