Vintage Mirrorette Glass Christmas Ornaments Lot, 3 USA Glass Screen Printed Mirror Ornaments

Classic set of three Mirrorette glass Christmas ornaments, American made, circa 1940s.

There are two vertical ornaments and one square. All have different designs with additional designs on the second side. Each is screen printed in bright colors over the silver glass mirror. The square ornament features a lovely angel holding a candle on one side, and a decorated Christmas tree on the back. One vertical has a hard to find Santa with his bag of toys on the rooftop chimney, with the back side featuring an angel amongst stars in the clouds with Santa’s sleigh at the bottom! The second vertical has a wonderful flocked Christmas tree branch with three hanging red ornaments and garland. Its back side has red poinsettia flowers and greenery.

The two vertical ornaments measure 3.25 inches tall and the third is 1.5 inches square. They are in very good antique condition, most of the designs still crisp. There is a bit of age related wear and paint loss here and there, a bit of minor oxidation.

These wonderful Mirrorettes will make an excellent addition to any American ornament collection, a good value as a lot!
