Vintage USA Glass Ornament, Premier Double Indent Christmas Ornament, 1940s

Excellent war era Premier double indent teardrop Christmas ornament in great condition. American made, circa early 1940s.

Premier Glass Works created American ornaments in the 1930s-1940s with fancy shapes. This pointed oval teardrop features a deep diamond indent on both sides. It sports thick green bands framed with thin red and yellow stripes. The wide pike is tall, typical of Premier ornaments.

It measures 3.5 inches tall to the top of the cap and is in excellent vintage condition free of chips or cracks with minimal oxidation. The pike is intact and is topped with the classic smooth Premier metal cap.

This is a wonderful early USA glass Christmas ornament, a great addition to any American ornament collection.
