Antique Fantasy Glass Double Outdent Annealed Star Christmas Ornament 1920s

Fabulous German glass fantasy star double outdent with annealed glass rays, circa 1920s.

The pretty silver and pink ornament features a deep pointed star outdent on both sides, each with eight raised triangles comprised of 16 panels. A small floral indent is in the center. There are three round silvery-gold rays, one free blown as the bottom finial and two expertly attached on the sides. The top ray is the tall pike which is topped with its original Lauscha style metal cap.

It measures 3.5 inches tall to the top of the cap and 3 inches wide. It is in excellent antique condition free of chips, cracks, or wear. There is a bit of age related paint loss. It will make a superb addition to any antique ornament collection!
