Antique German Glass Ornament Large 5″ Jester Circus Clown with Half Moon Christmas Ornament 1940s

Fabulous large 5” size vintage blown glass jester clown Christmas ornament, circa 1940s to early 1950s, Germany.

This is a hard to find version with the wonderful crescent moon on the front and a large heart on the back. The bright silver body is nicely molded with his hands in his pockets, the sleeves each a different color. His face is nicely molded with lots of detail and a big happy smile! He wears a fun jester collar with pointed panels and large beads at the ends. He has a crown like hat which creates the tall pike, topped with the original metal cap. He is a large size clown standing 5 inches tall. He’s in excellent vintage condition free of chips, paint loss, or wear. Amazing!
