1920s Antique Ornament Bumpy Bear Playing a Horn German Figural Christmas Ornament

Harder to find early German figural glass ornament, Bumpy Bear Playing a Horn. Circa 1920s.

It features wonderful detailed molding giving this fun bear so much character. His body has an all around deep bumpy surface. His black paws hold the saxophone he is playing which has hand painted red details. The expressive face is also hand painted. It measures 3.5 inches tall to the top of the unmarked Lauscha style metal cap and is in excellent antique condition free of chips, cracks, or paint loss. Our photos show all sides of this darling ornament.

What a fabulous rare figural Christmas ornament. A must have for any antique or German Christmas ornament collection. A very thoughtful and unique gift!
