1940s Mirrorette Glass Christmas Ornaments Lot, 3 USA Glass Screen Printed Mirror Ornaments

Classic set of three Mirrorette glass Christmas ornaments, American made, circa 1940s.

There are two vertical ornaments and one square. All have different designs with additional designs on the second side. Each is screen printed in bright colors over the silver glass mirror. The square ornament features Santa with holiday greenery and a big red bow on one side, and a geometric star on the back. One vertical has a tall lit candle shining brightly with holly at its base, with the back side featuring a snowy woodland cabin scene complete with swirling chimney smoke! The second vertical has a wonderful decorated Christmas tree with a rocking horse and Merry Xmas text. Its back side has a red poinsettia flower and greenery.

The two vertical ornaments measure 3.25 inches tall and the third is 1.5 inches square. They are in very good antique condition, most of the designs still crisp. There is a bit of age related wear and paint loss here and there, a bit of minor oxidation.

These wonderful Mirrorettes will make an excellent addition to any American ornament collection, a good value as a lot!
