Antique Clown Head Glass Christmas Ornament, Pink Flesh Face Mica Joey Clown Ornament 1930s

Harder to find early Czech pink face Joey clown mica Christmas ornament, circa 1930s.

Look at that classic hand painted face with his wide grin and big eyes! He is nicely molded with lots of detail to his facial features and the bright silver ruffled collar which has hand painted accents. The rest of the ornament is covered in fine white mica, including the hat which becomes the pike.

It is topped with the original metal cap which is marked Czechoslovakia. He measures 2.5 inches tall to the top of the cap and is in excellent antique condition free of chips, paint loss, or wear. There are a couple of tiny spots on the mica but minor.
